Discovery Session

A great place to start is with a one-off Discovery Session, which is a half day workshop where we get clear on your goals, find your target customer and create a plan that meets your objectives.

We will also spend time figuring out how you are going to get it done – it’s all very well having a plan but if you want results it needs to be properly executed. All of this will be summarised in a report and sent to you following the session.

This session is perfect for both start-up companies and established businesses needing to refocus themselves.

Diversification Session

Often, businesses get to a point where they feel they have exhausted a marketplace or have targeted limited opportunities for too long and need to diversify. This is classic of the ‘all eggs in one basket’ scenario.

Depending on the sectors my clients see opportunity, I will often pull in trusted associates from other areas into these sessions so we are able to help the client identify the opportunities quickly so they can make a decision on market entry and the resources they will require.

I work with a number of Managing Directors of small businesses to help keep them strategically focused. Many business owners are thrown in to the operational workings of their business and get so busy that they forget to get strategic from time to time.

Working with a consultant on a regular basis can help to create and implement the overall growth strategy and get your business re-focused.

This service is often a natural progression from the Discovery Session for business owners.
